Common questions
A mix said "Made on this device". Why?
You haven't allowed cloud AI, or cloud music wasn't available. The on-device synthesizer builds a simpler mix. To use cloud generation, go to Studio, tap Coach or Generate, and choose Allow.
How do I stop sending anything to the cloud?
Settings → Cloud AI → Revoke cloud access. The app keeps working on your device.
"Speak it" isn't hearing me.
Check iOS Settings → Soundscape Studio → Microphone and Speech Recognition. Speech recognition currently listens for English. You can always type your scene instead.
The bedtime reminder doesn't arrive.
Turn on Settings → Wind-down reminder → Daily reminder, pick a bedtime, and make sure notifications for Soundscape Studio are allowed in iOS Settings. Focus modes can hold notifications.
Save to Photos failed.
The app needs "Add Photos Only" access. Open iOS Settings → Soundscape Studio → Photos. You can also share the cover from the mix screen instead.
How do I delete my data?
Remove mixes in Library (this also removes their audio and wind-down scripts). Deleting the app erases everything it stored. We hold no copy on our side.
Do I need an account or subscription?
No. There is no sign-in and no in-app purchase.
